The Person

  • Managing an established team of x3, £250k+ billers, your ability to provide direction, development and continued growth is as important as previous recruitment sector background.

  • As a Billing Manager, placing senior level, £60k+ HR Speclalists - across Rewards/Benefits/HRIS/Payroll, you thrive in the diversity of wearing several simultaneous hats – Recruiter, Manager and sector expert!

  • Not from a HR recruitment background – no problem. We understand it’s quite a niche area – and so does our client.

  • Inheriting a strong team of 3, management experience is essential, yet perhaps you are seeking a more grown-up culture and trusted environment?

The Role:

  • Within their specialist Payroll, Reward & Benefits and HRIS division, a Billing Manager leadership position.

  • Immediately leading a team of x3 experienced Reward & Benefits Consultants, whilst focusing on-going growth of their payroll specialism.

  • The Reward & Benefits consultants are each £200k/ £250k +billers.

  • The division is currently a total headcount of 7, including the Divisional Director – a strategic and very visionary individual who also bills themselves.

  • Working at the Permanent, mid to senior level, £60k+, specialising across Rewards, Benefits, HRIS and Payroll talent into a client base across Commerce & Industry, Financial Services and Professional Services

  • A warm desk, there will also be additional Business Development required to create new relationships in addition to their current client network.

  • This will be an expanding team – across the three specialist disciplines, including the growth of the Payroll recruitment headcount.

  • A genuine career opportunity to move into senior management across several teams and disciplines (i.e. Interim/ Contract etc), with a clear and transparent career path offering long term prospects.
