Manager – Tech, Change & Transformation – Permanent

Basic £50k to £60k

OTE £100K+ - up to 40% commission

The Person

  • From a Technology recruitment background, which can be from a specialism or general, ideally includes Tech Change & Transformation – although not essential.

  • Your client sector/ market background is also ideally within Financial Services – and if this includes Insurance, - well that’s the icing on the cake!

  • Can evidence strong examples of operating at the Mid to Senor level and a great track record in consultatively building candidate relationships and networks.

  • Business Development is something you really enjoy and can confidently demonstrate the strategic approach and methods you use.

  • You love seeing others develop and succeed - and if not formally in a managerial role – you have naturally mentored and nurtured Consultants less senior than yourself.

  • This is a very diverse business in terms of their people – yet to fit in it’s imperative you are down to earth, leave your ego at the door and are full of positivity.

  • Above everything else you are somebody with a growth mindset who wants to continually improve and learning yourself.

The Role:

  • Reporting directly to Partner level, as the Managing Consultant / Manager you will be.

  • accelerating the growth of the Permanent technology division within the insurance market.

  • Having launched the practice just over a year ago they have seen significant growth and are looking for a manager to accelerate this to the next level.

  • The insurance market is a particularly high growth area for them, and you will be walking into a desk with untapped relationships and clients within the technology space.

  • In this role, you will significantly influence both the strategic direction and the operational success.

  • A 360, billing manager role, Business Development is a key component – and the right individual will be incredibly excited to really carve out market share.

  • The team all sit within the Insurance sector vertical, enabling you to collaborate closely with your colleagues who supporting clients and candidates alike within a Search or Interim project capacity.

  • The Permanent, Contingency level typically work on £80k -£150k salaries, C-Suite minus 2 / Heads of/ Directors within Insurance businesses.

  • From “day one” you will be managing a Senior Consultant with responsibility for developing them further.

  • As your role progresses, you will be provided with an excellent flow of high calibre Graduate talent to join your team given the appetite to invest in and grow this team.
