Managing Consultant - Business Support

The Person

  • You are a credible Manager or Senior Consultant with a strong background in the placement of Business Support talent.

  • It maybe you are already leading an individual or small team as a Manager, or informally yet without the title or salary to reflect this.

  • You love nothing more than to get under the bonnet of every client brief, building relationships with your candidates and are excited by the opportunity to work with a truly collegiate and collaborative team.

The Role:

  • As Managing Consultant, you will be nurturing and developing newer members of this Permanent team, coaching in all aspects of recruitment, overseeing activity, attending visits with them and organising events.

  • These consultants have c2 experience and bill £150k to £200k+

  • Opportunity for you to take on a bigger team in the future.

  • They sit within a larger team of established consultants who are typically £500k+ billers.

  • A full, 360 billing role, there is a client list of over c250, and the Business Support desk is ready for you to embrace and enhance these relationships.

  • A multifaceted role, your target is reflected in this with an expectation of c£150k billings.

  • This is a mixture of businesses with current and previous clients and therefore will utilise your love of account management alongside the excitement you get when rejuvenating lapsed relationships.

  • The opportunity for new business is huge and Business Development will play a major part in the role also.
