The Person:

  • Experience in the Property recruitment market

  • A successful track record of results

  • Exposure to working with senior level appointments or having done retained work

  • A solid CV history

  • Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively with clients

  • Credible, professional and ambitious

The Role: 

  • An opportunity to lead a high performing team of 7 within the Property market who recruit board-level, mid- to senior-executive, and management roles 

  • If someone has Banking and FS experience as well then, then our client is open to someone managing an additional team of 4.

  • To note that this is a hands on billing role, working on roles from £75k to £175k, mix of retained and contingent.

  • Discipline within property is flexible, the current incumbent works across A&F

  • The current incumbent specialises in CFO hires across property

  • Focusing on expanding markets such as Affordable Housing, Residential Development, Private Rented etc.
