The Person:

  • Successful 180 or 360 recruitment consultancy experience

  • Marketing Recruitment Consultancy experience

  • Prior experience placing marketing candidates and recruiting marketing roles

  • Strong track record of successfully winning new client relationships

  • A consultative influencer and negotiator with an articulate approach

  • Passionate about all things marketing and marketing related

  • An individual who can demonstrate a collaborative approach when doing business

  • You take pride and value your personal brand within the industry

  • You take accountability for your own sales performance and are self-motivated to achieve targets
