Experience of working leading a team and working on senior A&F perm mandates
An entrepreneurial spirit, with a daily energy to make things happen independently
Ambitious and robust enough to help grow a team in small business

Lead and develop an existing team of 4 perm recruiters in the Accountancy market in Central London across C&I
Work with some great SME / blue chip clients, mostly on a retained or exclusive basis
Play a part in the business operationally to support the founders on different initiatives
Be passionate about new business, helping generate new relationships for the team
