Principal Recruitment Consultant – HR – Middle East and APAC

Basic c. £60-70k + commission

OTE £120k+

Based London – Based Middle East (flexible on exact location)


The Person:

  • Super opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join a high performing team based in Dubai.

  • Experience at placing senior level HR appointments both contingent and retained search.

  • Maybe you are an experienced HR recruiter looking for a fresh challenge or have a desire to focus on an international market.  

  • You will still enjoy completing all elements of the 360 role as this is a warm build out opportunity

  • Would suit someone experienced in headhunting, networking and identifying the best talent in the market.

The Role: 

  • An exciting opportunity to join the Executive HR team based in Dubai.

  • Handling senior appointments upwards of £120k across their core sectors

  • These are perm and contract roles, both contingent and retained search operating high fees of £20k +

  • This team compliment the UK HR Executive business brand.

  • Working with 2 highly experienced and well networked consultants generating £400k +

  • Able to capitalise on a growing client base across the middle east and apac regions.

  • This is an opportunity to grow out and capitalise on this exciting part of their business.

  • BD will be required along with the ability to open doors, create new business and cross sell opportunities.

  • You will need the ability to head hunt and network in order to build a senior talent pool.

  • The expectation for the desk initially is to bill £200k with long term expectation of £400k +

  • Would suit someone polished, articulate, and able to present well to clients and candidates.
