The Person:

  • Experienced Recruitment Consultants required within financial services/insurance

  • Must have recruitment experience, open to cross training

  • Solid CV history

  • Ability to win new business and grow a desk

  • Track record of personal billing success in previous roles

  • Strong relationship management and the ability to communicate effectively  

  • Able to demonstrate a natural hunger and drive to succeed

  • Committed to a career in recruitment

The Role:

  • Recruitment Consultants required to join the Technical FS team - a high performing team!

  • Roles include mid to senior level appointments, contingent, retained and exclusive

  • Working with a range of businesses including international insurance companies, specialist niche providers, intermediaries and professional services corporations

  • Role will include all aspects of a 360 Recruitment role

  • Developing new business and building client relationships within existing and cross selling

  • Working closely with Management with previous industry experience.
