The Role:
Opportunities to work across different teams – working as an HR specialist.
Teams include Professional Services, C+I, Financial Services and Reward
Very warm desks with immediate roles to work on
Your key responsibility will be to work as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
Roles range from junior to senior level HR roles and can include Retained at the senior end.
Liaising with exciting, high profile brand names
To source, screen and interview suitable HR Professionals
Guide candidates through the interview process
To work proactively to develop strong client and candidate relationships
Working in a grown up, team culture
The Person:
Experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant Interim or Perm
Ideally HR market experience but will cross train from other relatable backgrounds
Strong track record of achievement
Credible individual with strong communication skills
Able to communicate with mid – senior level candidates
Attention to detail and well organised
Must be well organised and self-motivated
