The Role of a Recruitment Consultant:
Building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Speaking to candidates over the phone to understand their job search.
Registering candidates over video call and in person.
Taking feedback following interviews and sending to clients
Writing job ads and advertising roles to various job boards
Taking detailed briefs from clients both in-person and over the phone
Updating the CRM database and ensuring best practice
Assisting with the organisation of roundtable events and networking
Our client is happy to cross train from other sectors; particularly from Office Support.Perhaps you work in Office Support currently and would like to have a more lucrative desk?Maybe you are someone who may be working on a very low commission structure and heavy KPI’s.
