The Person

  • Either from a Contract or Permanent background, you are proud of progress and results from your 3years+ IT recruitment career.

  • Having the gravitas to build strong relationships with senior level clients is one of the secrets to your success as an IT Recruitment consultant.

  • When reaching out to new clients and candidates alike, they find you an articulate, confident communicator and reassured by your credibility.

 

The Role

  • Utilising the IT niche you specialise in, you will be finding and converting new clients whilst retaining existing client relationships.

  • Manage designated client relationships and maximise the sales opportunities through consultative sales techniques.

  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
