The Person:
Commercially driven recruitment consultant, results focussed, enjoys business development, and thrives on winning new business.
An ability to be creative and bring new ideas to the table.
A willingness to learn fast, to develop a good understanding of their clients, their work, culture, and environment.
Potential to work in partnership with clients, providing advice, support, and market insights, and enhancing their reputation for second-to-none expertise.
Self-motivation and an ability to take responsibility for your own and team objectives.
A collaborative and friendly mindset in which you are willing to share knowledge and support others – and have some fun along the way.
Experience in professional services is welcome.

The Role:
To manage marketing & BD recruitment projects.
Continually identifying and approaching suitable candidates. Through various means to include Linked In, job sites, referrals.
Write detailed and accurate candidate notes
Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants.
Organise interviews for candidates as requested by the client
The role will specifically focus on permanent roles at Executive – Manager level.
Proactively generating business from new and existing clients by building relationships with various stakeholders within a firm, networking and using marketing techniques.
To source, select, pre-screen, qualify and prepare candidates for submission to clients.
Manage the assignments through to successful placement.
