To manage marketing & BD recruitment projects.
Continually identifying and approaching suitable candidates. Through various means to include Linked In, job sites, referrals.
Write detailed and accurate candidate notes
Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants.
Organise interviews for candidates as requested by the client
The role will specifically focus on permanent roles at Executive – Manager level.
Proactively generating business from new and existing clients by building relationships with various stakeholders within a firm, networking and using marketing techniques.
To source, select, pre-screen, qualify and prepare candidates for submission to clients.
Manage the assignments through to successful placement.
