Experienced Recruiter from Legal, Tech/Change & Transformation
Would also consider someone with legal experience and some recruitment.
Would suit someone who has a curious approach, who enjoys immersing themselves in a market.
Good track record of performance
Consultative approach with a professional approach
Must enjoy working closely to provide client recruitment solutions and think creatively.
Ability to consult with clients, network and build relationships are important.
Self-drive and motivation to be successful.
Mature approach to work in a mature, autonomous environment
Able to work in a small team.

The Role:
To join a small established team within the Legal Operations space
Mid to senior level appointments - all perm
Salaries £40k - £80k
Some contingent and retained/exclusive roles.
Working with high profile clients across the Legal and Professional services market
Operating a 360 role but with proactive networking
Working on a busy active desk with live roles
Working closely with the Manager to receive excellent training & support.
Excellent success rate and working exclusively with many clients.
Resourcer available to support the team.
Excellent commission scheme
