The Person:
Experienced recruiter or Resourcer
Experience in Marketing recruitment or another relatable market
Good track record of performance
Consultative approach
Ability to network and build relationships really important
Self-drive and motivation to be successful
Grown up approach to work in a mature, independent environment
Able to work in a small, busy team

The Role:
To join a small, team working on marketing roles
Salaries between £40-70k on a contingent perm basis
Working across the Legal and Professional services market
Operating a 360 role but no BD
Working on a busy active desk with live roles
Mostly perm with the occasional Contract position
Liaising with a long-standing high-profile client base
Excellent hands-on support
Excellent success rate and working exclusively with many clients
Resourcer available to support the team
High portion of the roles are given exclusively
Excellent commission scheme
Very team orientated environment
