The Role of a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant:
Your role will be to drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation via permanent & contract placements.
Supported by their client development, marketing and resourcing functions, you will manage the start to end recruitment process, creating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and generating high quality candidates (perm & contract).
Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face to face meetingsand business development. You will always promote thier range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for their clients
