This role sits within Change & Transformation sourcing and placing people who enable a business to transform – all into Professional Services, Law Firms, Management Consultancies, Real Estate Management, Accountancy.
Roles from 40-150k. Roles such as Business Analyst, Technology Transformation, Head of Innovation, Head of Projects, Head of Change
It is a HOT desk – probably averaging 15 roles and no real need for BD. Hardly any competitors so they have the roles on exclusively – people go to them because of their expertise.
Perm and Contracts but mainly Perm.
No end to the growth in this area and this market it is safe from a recession etc.
Expect to bill 150k-200k in first year based on what they are doing at the moment.
A desk has arisen as someone left after 6 years within this business.People stay a long time and they have very low attrition.
