A Recruitment Consultant with the ability to be creative and bring new ideas to the table.
A willingness to learn fast, to develop a good understanding of our clients, their work, culture and environment.
This Recruitment Consultant will have the potential to work in partnership with clients, providing advice, support and market insights, and enhancing our reputation for second-to-none expertise.
Self-motivated and an ability to take responsibility for your own and team objectives.
A collaborative and friendly mindset in which you are willing to share knowledge and support others – and have some fun along the way.
A Recruiter with experience in professional services is ideal.

This role sits within Change & Transformation sourcing and placing people who enable a business to transform – all into Professional Services, Law Firms, Management Consultancies, Real Estate Management, Accountancy.
Roles from 40-150k. Roles such as Business Analyst, Technology Transformation, Head of Innovation, Head of Projects, Head of Change
It is a HOT desk – probably averaging 15 roles and no real need for BD. Hardly any competitors so they have the roles on exclusively – people go to them because of their expertise.
Perm and Contracts but mainly Perm.
No end to the growth in this area and this market it is safe from a recession etc.
Expect to bill 150k-200k in first year based on what they are doing at the moment.
A desk has arisen as someone left after 6 years within this business.People stay a long time and they have very low attrition.
