The Person:
Experience as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant looking to work as a 360-recruitment consultant
Experience in Finance recruitment or strong interest in working in the financial markets
Track record of sales/achievement
Consultative approach with quality at the heart of your approach
Highly self-motivated and naturally driven to succeed in recruitment
Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, values, led with a strong work ethic
Confident and professional approach
