  • Specialist Recruitment Consultancy within the Professional Services market. 

  • Interim and Perm HR Recruitment Consultants required to work with ambitious, like-minded individuals across their growing HR sector.

The Person:

  • Experienced Interim Recruiter and Perm Recruitment Consultant looking to work in a 360-recruitment role

  • HR experience preferred but will consider strong commercial recruitment backgrounds

  • Track record of growing out a successful client network across a diverse market

  • Consultative approach required to build strong long-term relationships

  • Ambitious and self-motivated who is driven to succeed

  • Effective communication skills to work with candidates and clients at all levels

  • Confident and professional approach

The Role: 

  • Working as part of a successful, growing HR team of 3, completing a 360 role

  • Seeking a successful Interim HR Recruiter working across sectors, and a Perm HR Recruiter into Tech or Manufacturing  

  • Roles range from mid – senior level and salaries from start from £40k - £100k +

  • You will be able to capitalise on their existing client market to build out this area proactively  

  • Ability to resource candidates through a variety of methods and create a strong pipeline

  • Billing expectation in first year £150k + once you are successfully up and running

  • You will be provided with all the tools and training to support the role

  • Working in a collaborative and professional manner will be key to the growth of this division
