Recruitment Manager – HR (will cross train from other professional services sectors)

Basic c. £60-70k

OTE £100K+

The Person:

  • You will have professional services recruitment experience, ideally from within HR, Legal or Finance; coupled with strong business development and leadership skills, as they need someone who is capable of developing junior consultants.

  • People who are consultative, analytical, emotionally intelligent, will really suit this sector.

  • You must be motivated, driven by results and looking to secure a long-term career.
