The Person:

You will have previously managed people and have a strong desire to excel. Commercial acumen and experience of recruiting sales and marketing are ideal but not essential.You will have proven ability to build and grow a client base; have the ability to adapt to a changing environment and a solid recruitment back ground.You will have a positive attitude, supportive, hardworking, energetic.Must be polished in presentation with excellent communication skills.

The Role: 

This is a great opportunity to join a successful recruitment consultancy at Management level.

You will lead the team and be given lots of autonomy, training, defined career path, you will manage own P&L, budgeting and strategic plans (training provided if needed).

They have lots of warm clients, recruiting junior to mid-level recruitment (Marketing/Comms/BD roles in to legal & professional services firms). Roles range from £35-100k / most are around £50k!

They have built strong, long-standing relationships with their clients and candidates which is a testament to the quality of service they provide, building networks predominantly through referrals.Lots of networking/attending Events /Client meetings.
