You will have previously managed people and have a strong desire to excel.
Commercial acumen and experience of recruiting sales and marketing are ideal but not essential.
You will have proven ability to build and grow a client base; have the ability to adapt to a changing environment and a solid recruitment background.

Must be polished in presentation with excellent communication skills.
