Research Co-ordinator – Professional Services Practice

Basic c. £25-30k

OTE c. £35k

Based South London


  • Boutique Executive Search firm seeking a Research Co-ordinator who wants to move into Recruitment or Executive Search

  • Working within the Professional Services Practice market

  • Supporting a highly successful Partner with Research and support duties.


The Person:

  • Professional, credible and motivated individual with excellent communication skills

  • Experience of working in a commercial environment or having completed Research

  • Experience in resourcing, research or recruitment useful

  • Proficient to use CRM systems and keep information updated

  • Should be confident to liaise with senior level professionals

  • Excellent research and organisational skills, along with high attention to detail

  • Must be a self-starter, work hard and want to develop a career in recruitment

The Role: 

  • To work closely alongside to high performing Partner to support her Search role

  • Assisting with candidate support, organisational and research duties

  • Market Mapping and some Headhunting

  • Assisting with projects and completing presentations

  • Arranging Interviews and organising appointments /client meetings

  • Sourcing and liaising with Senior level individuals

  • Keeping the CRM system up to date – need to be very detailed and organised

  • Will be given hands on training and support.
