The Person:

  • Our client is looking for someone who is an experienced Resourcer or Recruiter wanting to do 180 Recruitment/Resourcing to join this really delightful, grown-up boutique Office Support Recruitment Consultancy.

  • You will need to enjoy working as part of a team yet also very independently.

  • This is a super role for someone who wants to get back into a Recruitment role and earn an excellent salary and commission, wants to be part of a team who also has family themselves and can offer real flexibility with your work.

  • You are not going to be constrained by processes, procedures and KPI’s.

The Role:

  • Assisting sourcing for candidates via Job Boards, LinkedIn.

  • Interviewing, scheduling, taking feedback and coaching or preparing candidates for interview

  • Taking client briefs, working on roles that might need extra assistance with which in turn will increase the split on the role.

  • Being pro-active and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

  • Working across Finance, Private Equity, Real Estate, Investment etc.
