The Person
Experienced Technology Resourcer / Delivery Consultant with previous recruitment experience from either a Contract, Permanent or Dual Desk background.
Preferably, but not essentially someone who has worked on Fintech roles or Tech into Financial Services
Able to give good examples of being able to work on multiple projects at any one time.
Naturally curious and not afraid of asking questions.
Really (really!) love the job – hugely self-motivated and set on a career in recruitment.
Wants to move into Account Management, 360 Niche Consultant role or Senior Delivery Specialist.

The Role:
Playing a key role in delivering talented candidates to long standing clients across the world.
Working with an International client base across Europe – including Asset Management, Private Banking, Investment Banks and prestige Stock Exchanges.
Mostly placing contractor roles (c70%), you will enjoy a varied role working on Permanent mandates too – enabling you to define the recruitment discipline that suits you best for the future.
Technology specialists will vary depending on the accounts you work, a majority of which will be Developers (C#, Java) as well as Testers, Dev Ops, Programme Managers and Analysts.
Typical day rates could range from £400 to £1,000+ - and Permanent roles are c£80k/£90k salaries.
Depending on your experience and skill set, the role will also include client interaction and managing the placement process.
Partnering with a Key Account Manager on specific clients, you will carve out your own specialism and niche.
