The Person:
Must have experience in recruitment either in a 360 or resourcing / researcher role
Experience in the Change, Technology or working in senior appointments
Must have a track record of achievement
Ability to market map, headhunt and use linked in
Strong candidate relationship building, interview senior level candidates
Excellent communication skills
Confident and professional to liaise at the senior end of the market

To work closely with an experienced Director on the senior appointments Team
Focusing on the Tech and Change markets
Roles worked on are from £120k - £200k
75% retained and 25% exclusive contingent
Mapping, Sourcing, Headhunting and Delivering against client roles
Building relationships and gaining referrals
Interviewing candidates
High billing area
