Basic c. 25k plus bonus

The role of the Resourcer will be to assist with the recruitment processes and making sure things run smoothly for the talent team.
You will be mentored and shadow meetings, calls and interviews.
The Resourcer will be scheduling interviews, managing diaries, sourcing cv’s and headhunting from job boards and LinkedIn, screening candidates on calls, managing clients, managing the database/CRM, manage a portfolio of live candidates, writing enticing adverts etc. A great multi-tasker.
