Basic c. 25k plus bonus

The Person:
Someone who has an Administrative background, has been an Administrator or Resourcer who is passionate about people; who loves the luxury travel, lifestyle and hospitality industries.
Someone who wants to progress and eventually manage their own accounts.
The Resourcer will be an integral part of the business, must be supportive of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Someone who is down to earth, hardworking and enjoys banter in the office.
A Resourcer or Administrator who wants to grow and learn and will be proud to work for this excellent brand.
An Administrator or Resourcer who is deadline driven, can work autonomously without the need for any micro management as you will be allowed to flourish and make the role your own.

The Role:
The role of the Resourcer will be to assist with the recruitment processes and making sure things run smoothly for the talent team.
You will be mentored and shadow meetings, calls and interviews.
The Resourcer will be scheduling interviews, managing diaries, sourcing cv’s and headhunting from job boards and LinkedIn, screening candidates on calls, managing clients, managing the database/CRM, manage a portfolio of live candidates, writing enticing adverts etc. A great multi-tasker.
