Resourcers or Recruitment Consultants - Finance into Industry & Commerce or Financial Services

Basic to £40k

OTE c. £80K+

Based London – City

The Person:

  • Experience as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant looking to work as a 360-recruitment consultant

  • Experience in Finance recruitment or strong interest in working in the financial markets

  • Track record of sales/achievement

  • Consultative and collaborative approach

  • Ambitious and self-motivated, driven to succeed in recruitment

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to listen and team approach  

  • Confident and professional approach

The Role: 

  • Working as part of a successful Finance recruitment team.  

  • Opportunities on the Part Qualified or Qualified teams

  • Temp or Perm

  • Ability to proactively build long term relationships within the C&I or FS market

  • Will be responsible for completing a 360 role

  • Ability to resource candidates through a variety of methods

  • Will be given all the tools and training to support this

  • Working in a collaborative environment as a team player

  • Clear career progression
