The Person:
Experience as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant looking to work as a 360-recruitment consultant
Experience in Finance recruitment or strong interest in working in the financial markets
Track record of sales/achievement
Consultative and collaborative approach
Ambitious and self-motivated, driven to succeed in recruitment
Excellent communication skills, ability to listen and team approach
Confident and professional approach
