Experience in a full 360 recruitment consultant role
Experience in Sales and Marketing essential
Working with Fintech/Asset Management businesses
Strong track record in business development and candidate management
Able to build strong relationships and network
Confident, team player with strong interpersonal skills

Your remit will also include developing the Fintech and Banking sector across the UK.
Working with high performing consultants billing £400k +
