The Person:
Motivated and driven experienced Researcher or Senior Consultant
Experience of retained work and a track record of achievement
Relatable recruitment experience
Must be credible, diligent, organised with excellent communications skills
Should be confident to engage with senior level candidates & clients
Excellent research and organisational skills, along with high attention to detail
Interest in Financial Services
Must be a self-starter, work hard and want to develop a career in recruitment

The Role:
To work closely alongside to high performing Director to support his Search role
Assisting with Research duties to source for senior level retained appointments
Market Mapping, Headhunting and Profiling Candidates
Focusing on a niche area within Financial Services
Arranging Interviews and organising appointments /client meetings
Sourcing and liaising with Senior level individuals
Will also include attending client meetings, assisting with presentations/projects
