Search Director – ESG/Sustainability space
Basic c. £100k
EMI scheme, and a four-day working week (business critical work on Fridays).
The Person:
Strong academic background preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering successful searches.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail

The Role:
A Search Director to manage the end-to-end search process, from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Develop and execute effective search strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
Support business development activities, including lead generation and proposal writing.
