Search Director – ESG/Sustainability space

Basic c. £100k

EMI scheme, and a four-day working week (business critical work on Fridays).

 

The Person:

  • Strong academic background preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering successful searches.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

The Role:

  • A Search Director to manage the end-to-end search process, from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Develop and execute effective search strategies to identify and attract top talent.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.

  • Support business development activities, including lead generation and proposal writing.
