The Person:

  • Looking for someone who has been a Consultant/Senior Recruiter and can either have worked a Temp or Perm desk.

  • Previous experience of having worked in Architectural Recruitment is desirable but equally will look at other sectors too – happy to cross train.

  • Someone who enjoys working with a fun, professional yet relaxed team – no office politics, no divas just really great people who really enjoy each other’s company!

  • A Recruitment Consultant who can manage their work effectively, reacting with speed and clarity

  • A desire to work in a Creative field of Recruitment but yet also happy getting to understand Design and the technical aspects of the roles they recruit for too – very exciting roles!

  • Quick to pick things up and eager to learn

The Role:

  • Temp or Perm Recruitment Consultant working on the Architectural desk –

  • Roles would include Architects to work with celebrity clients, world class projects, urban designers etc.

  • Warm desk with some business development

  • Working alongside a really collaborative team who love to help!

  • Chance to earn fantastic commission

  • Grown-Up working environment
