The Person:

  • Experienced Recruiters within the Creative Production OR Digital Tech market

  • Freelance or Perm recruitment experience

  • 360 recruitment experience with a strong proven track record of achievement

  • Excellent relationship building skills with clients and candidates

  • Able to work in a small, growing team environment

  • Must be adaptable, organised, proactive,

  • Professional, highly self-motivated individuals who want a rewarding opportunity

The Role:

  • To work across the Creative Production or Digital Tech market space

  • Developing a desk, working on a Freelance or Perm basis

  • Placing all levels from Graduates to senior level roles;

  • Including Designers, Art workers, PR Specialists, Copywriters, Art Directors, Strategic Planners, Creative Technologists, Digital Designers, Developers, Producers and Media Personnel.

  • To work proactively with clients and candidates as a 360 Recruiter

  • Support from Management
