The Person:
Coming from a 360 background with previous recruitment experience and typically billing £200-250k+
Whilst experience of recruiting within Management Consulting, Strategy or Corporate Development is not vital, ideally you have recruited in related sectors of Professional Services
Being a natural networker is key to success in this sector as is being intellectually curious, engaging, not afraid of detail (these are senior briefs and mandates) and credibility.
Client contact is typically steered towards MD’s/ C-Suite of Consulting firms and senior level candidates – therefore you can demonstrate high quality recruitment behaviours and processes around all thing’s client and candidate generation and management.
Internally this is solid team with no “lone rangers”, ideally suited for individuals who like to give as much as they receive - as a supportive, enabling and collaborative colleague.
