The Person:

  • You will have at least 4-5 years’ experience recruiting into the Tech marketplace (temp or perm)

  • Proven experience of winning new clients and servicing them with a 360 recruitment service

  • Entrepreneurial mind-set

  • Passion and desire to work in recruitment  

  • Enjoy a sales and target orientated environment

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

The Role: 

  • To launch a tech division within the London market by developing client contact strategies with global multi-nationals and SMEs

  • Whilst this is a new desk you will be able to utilise the existing client base and bring on new clients, at least 70% of the activity weighted towards business development.

  • Networking in industry, sector, and specialism and become an expert in market

  • Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates

  • Identify and attract potential candidates across front end, back end and full stack engineers, software engineers and developers, UX/UI programmers and other related tech roles.
