The Person:
Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant
Must have worked in a 360-recruitment capacity
Preferably HR market experience but open to other relatable sectors
Able to work credibly and build relationships with all levels of candidates and clients
Fast learner, who takes pride in their work
A self-starter who is well organised
Professional approach, with great attention to detail
Need to be a sociable, team player

The Role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
To join a successful and expanding HR team
To work alongside a high performing, hands on Director and team, who are responsible for winning business
To assist in a delivery, billing capacity placing live/active perm roles
Working on mid – senior level appointments up to £70k ++
Working across financial services, professional services and commerce & industry.
Experience of sourcing high calibre professionals particularly through Headhunting
To take applicants through a detailed interview process.
Taking responsibility for running the desk and managing the process
Ability to liaise with clients or business develop if needed
Would suit someone well organised with excellent attention to detail due their high standards approach
Responsible for personal branding and marketing
