Senior HR Recruitment Consultant – Benelux/Amsterdam/Ireland

Basic c. £45-55k

OTE £90k+

Based London or Birmingham – Hybrid working 3 days in the office.

The Person:

  • Super opportunity for an experienced senior HR Recruiter to join a newly developed European market.

  • Experience of working in Europe particularly Benelux and or Amsterdam markets will be essential.

  • Experience placing HR appointments with a successful track record is key.

  • Would suit an HR recruiter looking for an exciting new challenge or to work in a different environment offering better career options.

  • You will still enjoy completing all elements of the 360 role as this is a colder build out opportunity and will require patience

  • Would suit someone capable of sourcing candidates, networking and identifying the best talent in the market.

The Role: 

  • An exciting opportunity to join the Perm HR team focusing on Europe.

  • This will focus on the Amsterdam, Ireland and Benelux regions and is opportunity to grow and capitalise on an exciting new part of their business.

  • You will be working across contingent HR appointments up to £120k, with fees in excess of £10k

  • Working in a small team of 3 at present, they are keen to continue to grow this successful market.  

  • You will be expected to capitalise on the European C+I, Financial Services and Professional Services clients.

  • BD will be required in order to open doors, create new business and cross sell opportunities.

  • You will need the ability to head hunt and network in order to build a senior talent pool.

  • The expectation for the desk initially is to bill £160k +

  • Super team that would suit someone confident, with a go getting personality and a huge amount of self drive looking to make their mark.
