The Person

  • Experienced 360 recruiter from an Accountancy or Audit/Practice/Tax background.

  • Would suit someone looking to become a specialist in their field.

  • Ideal for someone whose strength is building a strong and trusted candidate network.

  • Would suit someone creative who can think outside the box.  

  • Should still enjoy running a recruitment process and completing a 360 role.  

  • You will need to have a consistent billing track record.

  • Able to demonstrate your ability to open doors and build relationships.

  • Requires someone to be well organised, with a sense of urgency due to the nature of the competitive market.

The Role

  • Working in a successful team of 7 focusing across Finance, Tax and Audit

  • This is a very established market, working with high profile client names from the big 4, top 20 and top 50 firms.

  • Client network includes a mix of Chartered Accountancy, Practice and Tax firms.

  • Ability to proactively develop a network of highly skilled Auditors.

  • Average fee £10k with salary levels ranging from £45k up £100k +

  • Top billers generating £450k +

  • The team has no ego’s, very supportive, and very collaborative.
