Senior Recruitment Consultant - Dual Desk – ESG and Sustainability

Basic to £60k

OTE £100k ++

The Person

  • Experienced 360 Recruiter required with a Perm or dual desk background.

  • Would suit someone working in sustainability recruitment or a relatable market with exposure to senior level appointments.

  • Maybe you are in this space but would like a new challenge or you are seeking better future career prospects.

  • You will need to have a strong, consistent billing track record of success.

The Role

  • To work on a dual desk across the ESP and Sustainability market

  • Set up by a Director, there are 2 in the team currently and they are looking to expand  

  • The real estate client portfolio includes Construction, Asset Management, Developers, Investment and Property organisations.

  • There are over 400 clients to utilise, many have TOB’s in place.

  • Types of roles include Head of ESP, Head of Sustainability, Sustainability Manager, Social Media Impact Manager etc.

  • Salaries range from £45k – £100k ++ with big fees.

  • Huge opportunity for someone to come in and really make their mark in this space.

  • The desk can cover permanent positions or contract roles– so lots of scope for growth.

  • Desk has huge potential to do £250k + once more established.

  • Mostly contingent but they have done retained.

  • The team is very collaborative, hardworking, focused and collaborative.
