Experienced recruitment consultant in Finance or another relatable market
Good track record of performance
Consultative approach
Ability to network and build relationships really important
Self-drive and motivation to be successful
Mature approach to work in a mature, autonomous environment
Able to work in a small team

The Role:
To join an established recruitment team working on finance roles Part Qual/Newly Qual
Working within the Legal and Professional services market
Operating a 360 recruitment consultancy role
Working on a busy active desk with live roles
Mostly perm but some Contract roles
Liaising with a high-profile client base
Will be given excellent hands-on training and support
Excellent success rate and working exclusively with many clients
Resourcer available to support the team
50% of roles are exclusive to them
Excellent commission scheme
