With a track record of successfully team placing Associates into UK and US law firms, you are seeking an environment where your excellent current or potential leadership skills with be utilised to the full.
Your finely tuned communication skills, sharp eye for seeing business improvement opportunities and astute commercial awareness is just some of the credentials you posses above and beyond being a consistent performer in Private Practice legal recruitment.
Being an effective agent of change, you flourish in a role that utilizes your ability to lead junior individuals whilst developing relationships with your client and candidate network alike.

The Role:
In line with their ambitious growth, an individual is sought to either take up the senior position of heading the London based Associates team, within their Practice division – or join with a view to growing into this leadership position.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this hire plays a vital role in their continued growth.
The senior leadership team fully understand balance needs to be struck between billing, team and divisional growth.
This opportunity will uncover your potential and constructively exploit the skills, knowledge and competencies you hold.

Sales – strategy and profitability; aligned to individuals and company goals.
Development and Training – identifying needs and managing career paths.
Data - appraising performance
Brand – an ambassador of the values, embedding culture, developing new initiatives.
Marketing – strategy and best use of resources
Recruitment – candidate and client strategies around all things sourcing (pipeline & attraction models) and client relationships (new, existing and key/PSLs)
Team growth – internal recruitment, working alongside the Managing Director
