Senior Recruitment Consultant – Office Support – HOT DESK!

Basic c. £45,000

OTE c. £75-80,000 ++

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

  • Speaking to candidates over the phone to understand their job search.

  • Registering candidates over video call and in person.

  • Coordinating interviews

  • Taking feedback following interviews and sending to clients

  • Writing job ads and advertising roles to various job boards

  • Taking detailed briefs from clients both in-person and over the phone

  • Updating the CRM database and ensuring best practice

  • Assisting with the organisation of roundtable events and networking
