Basic c. £60-65k
OTE £120k+

The Role:
An exciting opportunity to join a growing Tech, Change and Transformation team.
Specifically focusing across the ERP space on mid to senior appointments
You will be working on perm roles, contingent and retained search, operating high fees.
This team offers someone lots of opportunity and flexibility to grow out their markets.
Working with 4 highly experienced recruiters and headed up by a very successful Manager, they are experts in their field generating £400k +
A wide selection of clients including Tier 1 banks, Fintech’s, and FS businesses through to Digital, Media &Telecoms markets, there is a warm client base to utilise.
A heavy hitting, proactive approach will be required to open doors and proactively create new business and cross sell opportunities.
You will also need the ability to head hunt and network in order to build a successful talent pool of candidates in your space.
The expectation for the desk initially is to bill £200k with longer term expectation of £400k +
