Based London – Hybrid working 3 days in the office.

The Role: 

  • An exciting opportunity to join a growing Tech, Change and Transformation team.

  • Specifically focusing across the ERP space on mid to senior appointments

  • You will be working on perm roles, contingent and retained search, operating high fees.  

  • This team offers someone lots of opportunity and flexibility to grow out their markets.  

  • Working with 4 highly experienced recruiters and headed up by a very successful Manager, they are experts in their field generating £400k +

  • A wide selection of clients including Tier 1 banks, Fintech’s, and FS businesses through to Digital, Media &Telecoms markets, there is a warm client base to utilise.

  • A heavy hitting, proactive approach will be required to open doors and proactively create new business and cross sell opportunities.

  • You will also need the ability to head hunt and network in order to build a successful talent pool of candidates in your space.

  • The expectation for the desk initially is to bill £200k with longer term expectation of £400k +

  • Great team with a super bond and all like minded individuals with good energy.
