The Person:
You will be a senior consultant / researcher and have experience of mentoring people or leading a team. You are bright and articulate, as well as being motivated and driven by results. Our client is happy to cross train a researcher from another professional services sector and will also consider a contingent recruiter who wants to move into this highly lucrative sector.

Over the last 35 years our client has built a solid reputation as a leading international search firm, they specialise in delivering IP and Legal mandates.They work with a diverse global client base, which includes both UK, US and international law firms, specialist intellectual property firms, in-house patent and IP departments, smaller businesses, start-ups, and more.
The Role:
Working alongside the Partners you will help deliver on their global search mandates across IP and Legal. You will lead a team of 2 researchers who also work remotely. As part of the management team, you will meet once or twice a week in their London office, to share how you and your team are tracking; typically, you will each be working on 7-8 mandates at any one time. Everyone is given autonomy; it is a grown-up environment!
