  • Previous experience in a recruiting agency, in-house, RPO, or embedded model

  • A consultative influencer with an articulate approach

  • Passionate about all things digital, technology & marketing related

  • An individual who can demonstrate a collaborative approach when doing business

  • You take pride and value your personal brand within the industry

  • Identify and attract the world's best marketing talent to your client

  • embed into the client's culture both socially and professionally

  • Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to shape good talent acquisition best practice
