The Person:

  • Ideally you will have worked a Temps desk in a fast-paced Recruitment Consultancy environment.

  • Able to multi-task and be highly consultative at the same time.

The Role:

  • Generating and managing an exciting Client base

  • Liaising with and developing strong and dependable relationships with clients and candidates

  • Composing and posting job advertisements

  • Interviewing and screening candidates on a daily basis

  • Responsible for the completion of all administration, including maintaining the database, observing agreed terms and conditions and invoicing administration

  • Happy to cross train, will provide great training and support.
