The Person:
Experience in a sales or a commercial office for the Trainee role
Experience in recruitment with a track record of achievement – happy to cross train on sector
Strong academics
Experience of working to targets or in a proactive office environment
Exposure to dealing with people/candidates across a variety of levels
Must be confident, engaging, with an interest in Financial Services
Ability to listen, think creatively and confident to put forward ideas/solutions
Motivated to progress and build a long term career
Enjoy working in a small specialist team
Excellent communication skills and able to liaise confidently

The Role:
Opportunity for a Trainee or experience recruiter to join an established team
Will be given dedicated training and support by management
Working on roles from Graduate to Partner level to source candidates
Assisting with high profile clients across the Insurance market including starts up to global firms with brands like AXA, EY, Aventum
Learning from highly experienced experts in their market
Strong average placement fee and very warm desk
Assisted by Researchers and Administrators
Flexible working, mature environment, no KPI’s
Happy to cross train on market for right experience
