The Role:
Speaking to candidates/clients over the phone and video chat
Being the key point of contact for your candidates and clients and providing a high level of service
Ensuring the database is updated daily
Seeking out new clients
Dedicating a day per week to speaking to new candidates and providing them free advice/help
Headhunting candidates for roles
