The Role:

  • Speaking to candidates/clients over the phone and video chat

  • Being the key point of contact for your candidates and clients and providing a high level of service

  • Ensuring the database is updated daily

  • Seeking out new clients

  • Dedicating a day per week to speaking to new candidates and providing them free advice/help

  • Headhunting candidates for roles

  • Ensuring all stages of interview processes are handled with care and you are the middle person between the candidate and the clients

  • Keeping up to date with industry
