NO KPI’s, warm client base, blue chip names, very little sales (majority of the business some from referrals and recommendations.
Excellent earning potential – monthly commission, and quarterly & annual bonuses + holiday incentives. No client ownership
The Person:
Experience in Sales, Recruitment or Customer service experience
Able to show evidence of achievement
Mature approach, goal orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Desire to work in the Finance sector
Confident, professional, with excellent communication skills
Confident to develop client relationships and source candidates
Money motivated
