Basic £23k rising to £25k after 6 months.

No two days are the same in recruitment. Some of the duties you will be leading as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include:
Proactively sourcing active and passive candidates through online platforms, such as LinkedIn or CV databases
Building lasting relationships with new and existing candidates and clients
Matching candidates to opportunities
Fully debrief candidates after calls/interviews
Keep candidates and clients up to date!
Managing and liaising with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
Attend meetings and be aware of all requirements and key projects with their clients
Keep an accurate record of all activity within the database
General sales and administrative support for the team – always be a team player!
